I use it at my desk most afternoons. The arms really do feel like hands on the tops of my shoulders, and the 40°C setting is lovely. It switches itself off after 10 minutes, so I never forget it’s on.
I can use it while watching TV without turning the volume up. It charges with the same USB-C cable as my phone, which is handy.
Great kneading and the warmth comes on quickly. The 10-minute auto-off feels a bit short for me, but I just press it again.
