These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use easelycare.com (the "Website") or buy products from us. The Website is run by Easely Care ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Your rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains your 30-day comfort guarantee.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or using it for anything unlawful.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are designed for relaxation and everyday comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have an implanted device such as a pacemaker, check with your doctor before use. Always follow the instructions and safety guidance supplied with each product.
We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from the photos on screen, and product packaging may differ from what is shown.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery to UK addresses is free unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If you pay with Installments, your installment agreement is with the installment provider and their terms apply. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel or continue at the correct price.

5. YOUR ORDER
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

6. DELIVERY
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. On top of this, we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. Full details of how to cancel, return an item and get a refund are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at hello@easelycare.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem, and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

9. REVIEWS AND CONTENT YOU SEND US
If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is genuine, based on your own experience, and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to show it on our Website and social media with your first name. We only publish genuine reviews from real customers and may decline to publish content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

10. MARKETING EMAILS
If you sign up to our emails, we will send you offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

11. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

13. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or supplier problems. If this happens, we will let you know and, if the delay is significant, you can cancel for a full refund.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Website may link to other websites, such as research articles or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

17. GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply. If we do not enforce any of our rights straight away, we can still enforce them later.

18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
