Shipping policy
Free tracked UK delivery
Every order ships free with tracking. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer at busy times of year.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hello@easelycare.com with your order number. We'll look into it and send a replacement or a full refund.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address.
